Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Nature
FinCalculator.pro is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As such, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital services.
Once you subscribe and gain access to premium features, refunds are generally not applicable as the service has been provided and consumed.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription (₹19/month)
- Billed monthly in advance
- Can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
Annual Subscription (₹199/year)
- Billed annually in advance
- Can be cancelled anytime
- No refunds after 7 days from purchase date
- Within 7 days: Contact support for refund consideration
Lifetime Plan (₹599 one-time)
- One-time payment for lifetime access
- No recurring charges
- Refunds considered only within 7 days of purchase
- Must not have extensively used the service
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for an extended period and we cannot resolve the issue
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription
- 7-Day Window: For annual and lifetime plans, within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service
- Billing Errors: If there was a clear billing mistake on our part
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- After the 7-day window for annual/lifetime plans
- If you violate our Terms of Service
- If your account is terminated for policy violations
5. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Dashboard → Profile
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email us at support@fincalculator.pro
- Include your:
- Account email address
- Order/Payment ID from Razorpay
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- You will receive a decision via email
7. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed

All payments are processed through Razorpay. For payment-related queries or disputes:

9. Free Tier
Our free tier is always available with basic calculator access. There are no charges or refund concerns for free users.
