By accessing and using FinCalculator.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

FinCalculator.pro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

• Financial calculators (mortgage, loan, investment, retirement, compound interest)
• Calculation saving and sharing features (for paid subscribers)
• PDF export functionality
• API access for integration (for paid subscribers)
• Advanced charting and data analysis tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic calculator access
• Monthly (₹19/month): Unlimited access, advanced tools, data export
• Annually (₹199/year): All Monthly features plus priority support and calculation saving
• Lifetime (₹599 one-time): All features forever with lifetime updates

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or download data excessively
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinCalculator.pro shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Financial decisions made based on our calculations
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FinCalculator.pro are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• If we discontinue the Service

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Upon termination, you lose access to paid features.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
